When initially purchased in 1996, the Delta 1000 Gateway installation was owned by one company, Pharmacia, and consisted of two Honeywell Delta 1000 Building Management Systems with a total of 6500 points. Today (January 2007) one installation is owned by GE Healthcare and the other by Klövern, a commercial property company serving Uppsala Business Park at Fyrislund with tenants such as Pfizer Health, Kabi, Biovitrum, GE-Biacore and Phadia.

The General Electric Healthcare installation has a GE Fanuc FIX Building Management System with the following field equipment for data gathering and control:

● 5 Honeywell Delta 1000 channels with a total of 40 DGP's and 2600 points.
● 1 Modbus over TCP/IP channel serving Crouzet Millennium II and SAIA PLC's.
● 1 TCP/IP channel serving  Siemens, ABB and Larmia PLC's.

To date the Delta 1000 Gateway system has had zero failures.

Klövern is a commercial property company serving the area of Fyrislund with Uppsala Business Park, Sweden with tenants such as Pfizer Health, Kabi, Biovitrum, GE-Biacore and Phadia. The system consists of 3 channels with a total of 26 DGP's and 1700 points. The central system is GE Fanuc FIX. The Honeywell Delta 1000 Gateway system has had zero failures.

The Uppsala Business Park installation has a GE Fanuc FIX Building Management System with the following field equipment for data gathering and control:

● 3 Honeywell Delta 1000 channels with a total of 26 DGP's and 1700 points.
● 1 Profibus channel serving Siemens PLC's.
● 1 TCP/IP channel serving Siemens PLC's.
● 1 Larmia channel serving  Larmia PLC's.
