Xmerge This is an absolutely unique feature that you will not find anywhere else. Xmerge will track refactors that occur by tracking code blocks (such as a method or interface) as they are moved and renamed. When you update a block of code in an older release you can use Xmerge to bring that change forward to your newer release using an entirely point and click process, much like resolving a merge conflict. No more copy and paste and double checkins on refactored codelines! |

Replication GUI The replication commands have been built into the user interface. Using a point and click process users can replicate changes between servers or import and export replication packages. This is highly ideal for distributed development especially so for agile developers in a distributed development environment and decentralized development. |

Improved Eclipse and Visual Studio Add-Ins New add-ins for Visual Studio 2005/2008 provide access to many of Plastic's client windows. Users can branch, merge, label, access changesets and do almost all of the activities of the Plastic client directly from Visual Studio. The Eclipse add-in has been improved to provide access to branches, labels, selectors and users can also perform branch merges from Eclipse. |
