Upgrade To Oracle Problem

My problem is this:

We recently migrated from Access to an Oracle Database. Have had no problems til today when I tried to add a value to an existing field under the Advanced Features in Change Requests.

When I hit OK, I get the following:

427 7/13/2001 6:11:33 PM E EXCEPTION during Service command Exception class: CDBException Exception code: 1009 (000003F1) Exception message: Recordset is read-only Service ID: 327680 (00050000) Class ID: 35 (00000023) Command ID: 1162 (0000048A)

My Oracle User has unlimited tablespace granted.

Anyone have any ideas?
