StarTeam 5.1 Admin lockout

Currently I'm runnig StarTeam 5.1 and the Administrator account has been lock out, I know what the password is. I'm using the access DB. I need to find out how to reset the unlock the admin account. Help, Help!!! Thanks in advanced.
