removing a shared folder

Hi
I have an infrustructure project from which I make shares to my projects.

I have a problem when I try to delete the shared folder in the target project, I get a message saying that the folder is locked by another user whuch is correct as the infrustructure is under development.

My question is how to remove the shared folder from the target project
